$299 per month for 3 months for The Other 23 Hours Team CUSTOM. For The Other 23 Hours Team, it is $199. After 3 months, the program will be $299, and you are able to cancel at any time. No questions asked.

Home: At least 2 sets of DB's or KB's (one lighter and one heavier), bands
Gym or Badass Home/Garage Gym: several sets of Dbs or KB's of varying weights, barbell or trap bar, weight plates, squat rack, pullup bar, bands, bench, medicine ball. You definitely don't need all of these!

Your workout is only 4 percent of your day, so we place a big emphasis on recovery, which are all the Other 23 Hours outside your training. Built into your training calendar, you’ll have a section to track your sleep, hydration, fuel, stress management, and daily movement. All of these habits will help you show up feeling your best for your training, and recovery optimally.

The Other 23 Hours is set up so that you can still show up for the other important parts of your life.
I will also teach you strategies for modifying your training based on your schedule and stress levels.

Yes. The Other 23 Hours coaching provides a new periodized training plan every month using the True Coach app.

The strength sessions are designed to be no longer than 1 hour, including a warmup and cooldown. There is built-in flexibility to break these sessions up into 2 sessions throughout your day based on your schedule, or switch up the days that you train based on your needs.
The optional conditioning day is designed to help you recover from your strength days. You will train different energy systems throughout the three months so that you don’t stress out your nervous system.
Sessions will be no longer than 30 minutes, including a full warmup and cooldown.

I have a Masters in Social Work degree and 5 years experience working in the social work field. This experience has greatly informed the way that I approach my work with my personal training clients. I am also a certified sleep and stress management coach through Precision Nutrition.

Each training session will be no more than one hour, including a warmup and cooldown. This is intentionally designed to support your recovery process. All recovery education lives and videos can be viewed on your own time. There are no structured call times, so that you can truly make this your own.

Hi! I’m Coach Julie Shiller.
A decade ago, I experienced my first case of burnout when I was working as a social worker in the nonprofit sector. This eventually led to a career change in the health and fitness space.
As a trainer and lover of strength training and movement, I thought that I had to consistently go hard and follow all the rules in order to feel my best. Rest, deload weeks, and quality sleep were not a priority, Truth be told, I had far more compassion for my training clients than I had for myself.
After years of injury, fatigue, and not enjoying my workouts anymore, I had a serious pep talk with myself. In order to walk the talk, I had to pay attention to the other 23 hours outside my workouts.
I can’t wait to show you how to do the same so that you can start loving and feeling the benefits of your workouts again!
