Rock Your Recovery is individualized recovery coaching for:

  • First responders

  • Active gym-goers

  • Athletes

  • Fitness enthusiasts

This program includes three months of coaching with:

  • One 60-minute initial intake call and coaching

  • 3 60-minute follow-up coaching calls

  • Action plan sent out within 48 hours after calls

  • Text support Monday-Friday via Voxer

  • Rock your Recovery Workbook

Investment: $579 per month with a three-month commitment.
